Student Fee Refunds

APTC will provide enrolled, financial students with a full refund of tuition fees when APTC cancels the delivery of a course or unit of competency.

You may be eligible for a refund of tuition fees when you withdraw from a qualification or unit/s of competency within the specified timeframes listed below:

Refund Amount
Withdrawal from a 'qualification' or 'unit of competency' two weeks or more before the start date
Full Tuition Fee refund
Student withdraws between the first day of study and the end of week 2
75% of Full Tuition Fee
Student withdraws between the start of week 3 and the end of week 4
50% of Full Tuition Fee
Student withdraws after the start of week 5
No refund

Students dismissed from APTC under disciplinary proceedings are not eligible for a refund of fees.

All fee refund applications must be written in writing using the Application for Refund form.  You can go ahead and request the form and information about seeking refunds from any APTC Country Office.  Applying does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. So that you know, the Chief Academic Officer will notify you of the decision in writing.
