Our Purpose

The goal and program outcomes aim to cultivate a more skilled, inclusive, and productive workforce, ultimately contributing to the prosperity of the Pacific and Timor-Leste.

We aim to ensure that the skills and attributes offered by TVET systems meet the labour market's requirements.

End-of-program outcomes

APTC’s goal and purpose are underpinned by three end-of-program outcomes (EOPOs).

1

APTC & partner graduates have improved employment outcomes

2

Co-investment in skills training increases

3

Selected TVET partners demonstrate quality TVET provision.
