Surveys
Surveys play an important role in the continuous improvement of the training and support services that we provide.
Our surveys allow our students to tell us about their courses and share their experiences with APTC—both what they liked and what they thought could be improved. The feedback will be used to help enhance the training experience for future students.
Course Commencement Survey
Our Course Commencement Survey is conducted in the first week of your APTC course. It captures information such as why you want to study, the challenges you think you may encounter, and your expectations after completing the course. This survey also allows you to provide feedback about the quality of the student orientation process and the support services we provide prior to the commencement of study.
Short Course Completion Survey
Our End-of-Course Learner Survey is conducted in the last few weeks of each course. It captures information through your feedback on the quality of course content, training delivery, training facilities and equipment, accommodation services, and student support services. This survey allows us to continuously improve our services to maintain the highest level of student satisfaction.
Qualification Completion Survey
Our End-of-Course Learner Survey is conducted in the last few weeks of each course. It captures information through your feedback on the quality of course content, training delivery, training facilities and equipment, accommodation services, and student support services. This survey allows us to continuously improve our services to maintain the highest level of student satisfaction.
Graduate Tracer Survey
Our Graduate Tracer Survey seeks feedback from graduates who have studied at APTC in the last 6 to 12 months and captures information about the impact of APTC training on their careers and community.
Employer Engagement Survey
Our Employer Engagement Survey seeks feedback from graduates' employers. It captures information like each graduate's level of technical development, personal and professional progress, workplace productivity and working standards, and overall employers’ satisfaction with the quality of our training.
