Virginia Battye returns to Coordination Office

"It's great to be back and to see the smooth operations taking place at the Coordination Office," said Ms Virginia Battye.

Ms Battye has returned to APTC to continue her role as mentor working with local staff, particularly in the area of Scholarship and Student Management and to assist the Coordinating Office in planning and preparing APTC documents, including the final Project Activity Completion Report .

Last here in 2010 from February to April, Virginia's second three-month assignment sees her working closely with Ms Amelai Kanalgi, Scholarships and Alumni Officer, and Ms Soweri Qumivutia, Scholarship Coordinator.

The 30 years TAFE experience that Ms Battye brings to her role in Fiji includes having been a Director of Human Resources, and a Director of a TAFE institute.

APTC is an Australian Government initiative in partnership with the Pacific and Timor-Leste.
