Why did you apply to study at APTC?
APTC is a recognised institution and the reason I chose APTC is to upgrade my skills to Australian standards and to gain the required knowledge to meet industry standards.
What do you like about studying at APTC?
The current knowledge that I have acquired in Hospitality (Patisserie) will enable me to secure a job in the industry and use my training, knowledge and qualification to become a qualified patisserie chef. I will become marketable when applying for a job as APTC is a recognised college in many locations.
What are the things you are learning at APTC?
The things that I have learnt after commencing my education at APTC are: business study, communication procedures, how to work in a social environment, petit fours, how to prepare deserts, breads, cakes and gateaux.
Would you recommend other students to apply for a course at APTC?
Yes, I would love to recommend APTC to others, especially friends and family because it is a recognised institution helping Pacific Islanders to upgrade skills and knowledge and increase their employment chances.
