The Australia Pacific Training Coalition (APTC) is an Australian development program working in partnership with regional governments, industry and TVET training providers to develop a more skilled, inclusive and productive workforce aligned with domestic and international labour market requirements that enhance Pacific prosperity.
The Travel and Finance Officer’s key responsibility is to coordinate and arrange travel requests, itineraries and ticketing for international departures and returns of APTC students. In addition, this role will further assist in preparing any reports and reconciliations as directed by the APTC Manager Finance or Senior Finance Officers.
To be considered for this position, you must possess;
- Demonstrated three to five years’ experience in a similar role (related to high volume travel processing and accounts payable processing).
- A Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Commerce related field.
- Experience with specialized travel booking systems (such as Amadeus).
Contract duration: Until 20th December 2019
Remuneration – FJ$26,642 per annum, inclusive of 10% superannuation.
