CPC Sally aims for the next level

Jul 08, 2011

Ms Sally Grevel-Lameko reports that she is enjoying her recent appointment as the APTC Country Program Coordinator in Samoa.

"I am determined to take this job to the next level," said Ms Grevel-Lameko, "and I aim to do so in four months. Of course, there are challenges, but I really enjoy facing these."

Ms Grevel-Lameko is no stranger to challenges. She holds a Bachelor of Education degree, a Post Grad Diploma in Development Studies, a Masters Degree in Development Studies, and is currently in her third year of study towards a Law degree.

Her professional life has involved managerial positions in the fields of Education and Human Resources, which she has balanced with marriage to her doctor husband, and raising three children, now aged 15, 13, and nine years of age.

"It was a bonus meeting all the CPCs from around the Pacific, at the workshop in Fiji. I think we have a great team working for APTC," concluded Ms Grevel-Lemeko.

APTC is an Australian Government initiative in partnership with the Pacific and Timor-Leste.

APTC is implemented by TAFE Queensland (RTO 0275)
