    Members of the Australia-Pacific Technical College (APTC) Alumni Solomon Islands Chapter are working with Solo Enviro Beautification (SEB) to upgrade the Solomon Islands Memorial Garden in Henderson, in the lead-up to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Guadalcanal in August.

    Tinai Stands Tall Among Men

    Being the only woman in a male-dominated field was not tough at all, Josivini Tinai the new graduate of Australia-Pacific Technical College said confidently. The 24-year-old of Naqara, Naitasiri, was among 192 APTC students who graduated yesterday at the University of the South Pacific, Laucala Campus.
